Vendors must arrive between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to register and set up.

Vendors may pack up after 9:30 PM or when it naturally slows down.

Submit your info and we'll reach out with an invoice — $80 all in, collected before your spot is confirmed.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Policy — Your $80 vendor fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another vendor — however, you must notify us first before any private transfer is made. If you do not, we will give that spot to someone on our waitlist. No table transfers should happen without our knowledge. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
